Rebuilding the AI core of 600M+ devices

Orchestrated the global AI platform strategy for Alexa, aligning 80+ domain teams on a unified technical roadmap. Designed two horizontal systems — a prompting layer and a self-reflection engine — that became foundational infrastructure now powering Alexa+.

Key decisionBuilt horizontal reusable systems rather than per-team solutions. Higher upfront cost but eliminated duplicated work across 80+ teams and became the foundation for every Alexa+ feature shipped after 2024.

Building a full-stack growth engine from scratch

Took full product and growth ownership of a premium e-commerce brand. Re-architected the Shopify infrastructure with Claude Code, built autonomous AI agents for inventory and reporting, redesigned the conversion funnel and launched lifecycle email and SMS programmes. Projected 4x YoY revenue growth based on Q1 performance.

Key decisionBuilt the AI reporting infrastructure before optimising the funnel. Without clean data there was no reliable signal — the agents gave visibility first, every growth decision after was evidence-based.

Led product strategy for DataCloud — ADP's AI and analytics platform serving 80%+ of Fortune 500 companies and 1 in 6 US employees. Managed a team of 3 PMs. Drove global expansion across 30+ countries, launched AI-powered benchmarking products and restructured the release cadence for 3x faster delivery.

Key decisionPrioritised global expansion over feature depth in year one. Counterintuitive at the time but getting DataCloud into 30+ markets first created the compounding revenue effect that funded everything that followed.
